DATA COLLECTED

Data Storage Location

www.tadhgfla.com is based in Ireland with our servers being located in U.S.A. Our hosting provider HostMonster with servers located in Phoenix, Arizona will be the sole storage location for the website (tadhgfla.com), our product database as well as our customers’ personal information. While these servers are outside of the EU they, HostMonster, gives written assurance of its EU GDPR compliance. Registration Data

If you choose to register an account with us, we will store the following, as mandatory fields;

  • First name
  • Last name
  • Display name
  • eMail address



We will also store any additional (optional) personal details that you wish to add to your profile. You can edit personal information at any time. Website administrators and other staff can also see and edit this information. We reserve the right to edit, amend, add to, or alter your personal details at any time. 

Purchase Data

When making a purchase on our website, your payment details will be transferred to one of our payment gateways. Credit card, debit card, and/or any other payment details entered on any of these payment gateways is not accessible by us, our staff, or website administrators.

Chat Systems

Should you use any available built-in live chat facility on our website, or contact us through WhatsApp, Skype, or any other chat system we will record and keep your personal details or chat logs associated with these systems.

Contact Form

Information submitted through our contact form will be delivered to our company eMail which is also hosted on HostMonster’s servers. While these servers are outside of the EU they, HostMonster, gives written assurance of its EU GDPR compliance.

Google Analytics

www.tadhgfla.com uses Google Analytics to collect demographic information about our site usage. No personal information about our customers is transmitted to Google or any of its partners through the use of this tracking system.

NEWSLETTER & SUBSCRIPTION(S)

Upon registering for a customer account on  www.tadhgfla.com you may be automatically, or in some cases manually, signed-up to our newsletter. Your user account details will then be stored on our third-party mailing system MailChimp. This automatic subscription will also apply to guest accounts.

Should you choose to no longer receive periodic eMails from the subscription service you can unsubscribe at any time through one of the periodic subscription eMails, where an unsubscribe link will normally be available in the footer of such eMails.

If you wish for your personal details to be permanently removed from MailChimp, contact us at info@tadhgfla.com and we will facilitate this deletion. We may require further personal details from you in order to facilitate such a request. Any subsequent personal information will not be permanently stored by us.

When you unsubscribe or request a full deletion from our newsletter we continue to retain your customer information, on our main servers. You may still receive eMails from time-to-time, however, these eMails may refer to, but are not limited to, important issues such as, website hacks, compromises to database, website technical issues, or other matters related to your account.

Our aim is to deliver a maximum of 1 periodic subscription eMail per week, however, it may become necessary to send at a higher frequency when necessary to do so. These eMails may contain, but are not limited to, blog posts, details of sales or promotions, discount codes to customers, or details of new products.

WHO HAS ACCESS TO YOUR DATA

If you are not a registered user of our site, there will be no personal information gathered or retained, which we can view, apart from any technical information that is gathered by our embedded cookies.

If you have signed up for an account with us and/or have previously placed an order, your personal information is stored in our database(s) and can be viewed by:

THIRD-PARTY ACCESS TO YOUR DATA

We do not share your data with any third-party in a way as to reveal any of your personal information such as eMail address, name, etc. Your payment information is shared directly, by you, to our payment gateway (Stripe). Debit or credit card information is not shared on our database.

HOW LONG WE RETAIN YOUR DATA

When you register for an account with us or place an order as a guest, your metadata is retained until such time as you request us to remove it. We use this data in order to recognize you during live chat sessions or for when you place subsequent orders, for the purposes of expediting responses and/or order dispatch.

If you register an account with us, you will have access to your user profile where you can view or edit any of your personal information at any time, with the exception of the following, which cannot be deleted (only edited);

  • First name
  • Last name
  • Display name
  • eMail address



These are mandatory fields in order to maintain an account with us. Our website administrators and staff will have access to this profile information which they can edit at any time.

You will need to contact us if you wish to request the deletion of your personal account information.


SECURITY MEASURES

We employ the SSL/HTTPS encryption protocol on all pages on  www.tadhgfla.com. This ensures that all communications with our servers are encrypted and fully secure so that your personal information is not hijacked without us knowing about it / having to give permission for the transfer of information. Should there ever be a site-wide breach or a hack on our database, our system administrators will be notified and take corrective action immediately. Should any users personal information be compromised, or potentially compromised, they will be notified without undue delay.

RELEASE OF YOUR DATA FOR LEGAL PURPOSES

If any government department, whithin the legal jurisdiction of Ireland and/or it’s European partners requests the release of your personal information, stricktly through legal means, we will release this information immediately and without disclosing to you (the customer) that such information has been released.

In the case of civil actions or other legal issues, we may disclose some or all of your private information to third-party legal consultants/companies. You agree that we may disclose your personal information to a third-party where we believe, in good faith, that it is desirable and right to do so.

In the event that we receive a subpoena from a foreign nation, requesting you private information, we will first clear this with the Irish government. Should it be deemed legal to abide by such a subpoena we will release your personal information immediately and without disclosing to you (the customer) that such information has been released.

We may also release some or all of your personal information to the relevant law enforcement authorities it we suspect frausulent activities. By using this site and/or purchasing from us, you release us from any damages that may arise from the release of your personal information.

AMENDMENTS

We may amend this Privacy Policy from time-to-time. In the event of an amendment to this Privacy Policy, we will make contact with any and all registered users to alert them that changes to the policy have occurred, unless such changes are minor and do not take from the overall purpose of this document.
