I know, you’re very, very busy.  There aren’t enough hours in the day to get your regular work done, let alone trying to get ahead so you can finally get a day off.  Once you do get a day off it will most likely be spent catching up on housework.  So why would you bother trying to make time for meditating when you are so busy?

Meditation will help greatly to focus your mind so that you will be able to concentrate far better on the important tasks that need to be done.  With this new-found focus, it will become evident that these tasks will take a lot shorter time to finish.  Due to this effect, you will get far more done in your working day and will soon catch-up to the extent that you can get started on all the housework that you have neglected.  Continuing to meditate every day will now allow you to get the housework done in no time.  Before you know it you will have everything done and finally, get the chance to just sit down and relax. How to meditate

why_meditation_can_make_you_more_productive-benefits There’s nothing to it really.  Find a comfortable place where you can lie down or sit down and ensure that all electrical and electronic devices are switched off.  This includes your phone, I know you want to keep it on but you will only be fooling yourself, turn off your phone. Sit down or lie down and try to get into a comfortable position.  Try to clear your mind of all thoughts.  Don’t worry if you can’t do this part the first few times but do try your best to eliminate all thoughts.  Now just concentrate on your breathing.  Feel the deep breaths as they go in and out of your lungs.  Continue to focus only on your breathing.  Do this for about 10 minutes each day and watch your life improve by leaps-and-bounds in no time.
